32 Contracts Signed

If you are an observer of the Manhattan luxury real estate market, this is what Spring in November looks like: 32 contracts were signed last week at $4 million and above, raising the total number to 100 during this month alone. Total volume? A whopping $797,429,700!

The No.1 contract signed last week was a townhouse with a one-car garage at 7 East 84th Street, asking $29 million. This 6-story, 25-foot-wide, brick-and-limestone house has 13,000 square feet including 8 bedrooms, 11.5 bathroom, 8 fireplaces, and an elevator.

The No. 2 contract was PHE2101 at 200 East 66th Street. This 4-bedroom unit in the Manhattan House condo has 4,026 square feet, 2 fireplaces, and a wraparound terrace totaling 2,143 square feet. The unit was sold by the developer, and delivered completely renovated.
