[BACK TO AGENTS PAGE] | [CAROLINE IN THE PRESS] Caroline Mitchell Fitzgibbons is a licensed salesperson with Olshan Group LLC., which is the affiliate company of Olshan Realty Inc., dedicated to bringing New York City and International buyers into the Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess County markets. Caroline started her career as an agent with Creative Artists Agency in Hollywood. For the past several years, she has been studying the Westchester real estate market, and realized there was a more effective way to introduce the NYC market and its brokers to Westchester and Putnam. To that end, she has designed a marketing-based strategy that uses Olshan’s NYC broker and customer contacts, website, and social media platform, backed up by extensive research and statistics that enables buyers and sellers to make intelligent decisions. Caroline is the third generation of her family to live in Bronxville. She is married to Tad Smith, President of Cablevision’s Local Media Group, and has two children in the Bronxville Schools: Harrison, 12, and Julia, 7. She is a member of Siwanoy Country Club and the Bronxville Field Club. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Evan B. Donaldson Adoption Institute, and has also authored a popular cooking blog called “The Dinner Dilemma.”
